​What I've learned about promoting child development is that it yields multiple benefits, including improved academic achievement, enhanced social and emotional skills, and better overall health and well-being ultimately setting the child up for success in the future. Even though evidence for long term effects of early childhood education on child development is mixed, some studies show that participating in early childhood education programs yields long term advantages for individuals and for the society. Including higher educational attainment and better adult health.
